About the Role

Blonder Tongue LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by selling our industry-leading broadband, RF, and IP video distribution solutions. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding Blonder Tongue’s presence across targeted markets including cable, hospitality, enterprise video, and broadcast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets within an assigned territory or customer base.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with operators, integrators, distributors, and end customers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal Sales Engineering and Technical Support teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal reviews with customers and partners.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity tracking, and activity reporting in the CRM system.
  • Support channel partners and distributors, including joint sales calls and account planning.
  • Represent Blonder Tongue at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Provide market and competitive feedback to product management and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, CATV, broadcast, or IP video markets.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close complex technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical products and coordinating with engineering teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25–40%).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling RF, QAM, DOCSIS, IPTV/OTT, or headend solutions.
  • Established relationships with MSOs, hospitality operators, MDUs, or system integrators.
  • Familiarity with distributor-based sales models.
