Ordering

Q: How can I order?
A:

You may order directly from Blonder Tongue through our online store for minimum orders of $250.00 or contact Blonder Tongue at 800-523-6049 x 555 for an authorized Premier distributor to obtain pricing and availability. Log In registration is required with the first order to open an account.

Q: What if I need help choosing the right products for my application?
A:

Contact Blonder Tongue inside sales or technical support by phone or email techsupport@blondertongue.com. There is a restocking fee of 20% on returns for credit; replacement orders of equal or greater value are not subject to return fees. Additional charges may apply if the product is not returned in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: What payment options are available?
A:

Online payments are accepted by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express with secure communication using Verisign SSL certificates. All data is encrypted when sent to and from our site. For more information on Verisign, please visit www.verisign.com.

Q: How will I know when my order will ship?
A:

An email confirmation will be sent that includes a scheduled ship date. Save your copy for reference should you have questions about your order.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A:

Email customer service at custsvc@blondertongue.com or call 800-523-6049. Online status checking will be available at a future date.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A:

Call Customer Service at 800-523-6049 x 4320. Once an order is in process at the warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. Customer Service must be contacted to return the item which may be subject to restocking fee of 20%.

Q: What if the product does not work as expected?
A:

Blonder Tongue warranty against defect is 3 yrs for most Blonder Tongue manufactured products. Click here to review the full warranty document. Call Technical Support at 800-523-6049 x 4217 or email techsupport@blondertongue.com to trouble shoot the product.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A:

Hours of operation: 8:15 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you accept orders for international shipping?
A:

Yes, orders must be prepaid in US Dollars. We also accept the payment made by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.

Q: What is the cut-off time for my order to be shipped the same day?
A:

Orders received by 3 PM may be shipped the same day if special handling is requested.

Q: Can you ship to PO Box, APO or FPO address?
A:

Yes, only if method of shipment is USPS (United States Postal Service). Our main carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service) which ships only to a valid street address.
