CATV/SMATV/Broadband System Troubleshooting and Support Services
Blonder Tongue provides telephone technical support including product information and troubleshooting for all Blonder Tongue products during normal business hours at no charge and 24-hour support for a nominal fee.
On-Site services and service contracts are also available. Blonder Tongue’s services include field testing and certification of installed systems, Headend site surveys, maintenance visits to monitor performance and troubleshooting.
