Shareholders of Record

If you have physical custody of a Blonder Tongue stock certificate, you are a "shareholder of record" and need to notify our transfer agent for such things as change of address, lost certificate, changing names on the certificate, non-receipt of annual report and proxy statement, etc. 
When you notify our transfer agent with questions, please be sure you have the name and social security number of the certificate(s) owner and number (if available).  

Beneficial Owner in Street Name:

If you never had an actual stock certificate and your broker sends you a periodic statement, you are a "beneficial owner in street name." Your stockbroker has a record of your ownership in Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. through what is commonly referred as "book entry" (no physical stock certificate exists). 
If you have issues/questions regarding your shares of common stock, you need to call your broker. When you call your broker, please be sure you have your brokerage account number available so they can better assist you.

Please do not contact Blonder Tongue Laboratories or our transfer agent as neither party has the ability to track purchases made through a broker where physical certificates are not generated. If you wish to receive an actual certificate, you must notify your broker and he will arrange to have a physical certificate mailed to you. Once you receive an actual certificate, you will now be classified as a "shareholder of record."
