When was the company founded ?
The Company was originally founded in 1950. It was in the early days of broadcast TV and our founders saw a need for Booster Amplifiers to improve fringe-area reception. The company was incorporated in November, 1988, under the laws of the state of Delaware as a successor to a New Jersey corporation operating under the same name.
