Blonder Tongue Announces Date of 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

OLD BRIDGE, New Jersey—March 9, 2011—Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE Amex:BDR) (the “Company”) today announced that its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at the Company’s headquarters located at One Jake Brown Road, Old Bridge, New Jersey. Please note that only owners of record of the common stock of the Company at the close of business on March 31, 2011 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2011 Annual Meeting or any adjournments or postponements thereof.
