The distribution of direct broadcast satellite (DBS) signals is an economical
solution for video system providers to offer hundred’s of
channels of programming to MDU residents. Distribution of received DBS
signals, also referred to as L-Band distribution, requires high
frequency amplifiers and passives having a frequency bandwidth of 950 to
1450 MHz (or 2150 MHz depending on system).
